Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter Swatches and Thoughts

Now everyone know that this is the hottest lip product from a drugstore that's out right now and new. And that's everyone is raving about it, and seriously. I couldn't help but to jump on the bandwagon because this product is awesome. I mean there's a shade for everyone out there ranging from fair skin to Women of Color. What I'm talking about is the Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters.

Now when I heard about this, I was thinking that this might be a flop and was skeptical about this because I bought a Revlon Colorburst lipstick in Rosy Nude and it was drying on me lips. But when I bought the first time two shades which I show in pictures which were Raspberry Pie and Créme Brulee. Then when I paid, I bought three more shades. Before I give you my thoughts on them. I'll post the two swatch pics I took:

Top is with flash and bottom is without flash.

Colors I own from the swatches left to right: Rasberry Pie, Lollipop, Brown Sugar,Créme Brulee and Pink Truffle.

Here's the shades and the colors that I think they are I'm not good at this so please bear with me with describing them:

Rasberry Pie: Dark berry Pink
Lollipop: Fuschia Pink with Blue Shimmer Pearl (?)

Brown Sugar: Medium Pinky Brown

Créme Brulee: Nude-beige

Pink Truffle: Pinky Brown

My thoughts on them: These are a great alternative to getting Clinique's lip Butters they're more affordable than Clinique's version of Lip Butters. Also they go on sheer but they are bulidable. Also they have a good range of colors for everyone while on the site says "Buttery Balm + Shiny Color", "Buttery balm with beautiful shiny color to give you baby soft, healthy glowing lips" and that "94% of women felt lips were softer, smoother, and instantly hydrated."

I agree not to a point. While my lips were softer and instantly hydrated, the thing was the smoother part but to each's own cause for me I really didn't see the smoother part. Maybe that could be true if the lips were exfoilated. But I'll update you guys on that and let you know in an update. :)

Bottom Line: If you're looking for a more afforable option. This is the way to go. You can find these Lip Butters at select drugstore. I forgot how much they cost but if you can let me know how much it costs in America. I don't know if they're selling them in anywhere else. If so let me know. Also if you guys want to know my favorite shade. It's the ones I own that are my favorite.

Now that's I've given my thoughts, I would like to hear what you have to say about the Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter, comment and let me know what you think about this product and what shades you own. :)

I should have mentioned that in my first entry. Sorry guys.

About Miss Bayleef aka me

I'm actually excited to make this page, cause I've made other pages for when I was going into the wrestling business the backwards way. Right now I'm taking a break from trying to get into the wrestling business. I just want to get things stable right now when it comes to money. I'm also a tutor at a volunteer place. I tutor people the English language who want to learn how to speak it and write it better. Which I love doing cause I'm teaching them and also I'm re-learning the English language rules. I was born and raised in the US. Milwaukee, Wisconsin to be exact.

Also, I'm trying to go back to school and do special effects make-up like cuts, brusies and all that special stuff. But I want to get at least a stable income so I can support myself for living out on my own because I am planning on leaving Milwaukee,WI once I know I am stable enough not to come back to Milwaukee for any reason.

That's not the point this blog was made for me to post random things in my life and post and review make-up products that I find and post make-up looks I do on myself and others. Have I considered a youtube channel? I have but I think it would be hard for me to keep up with. So I would want to start off like this before going to youtube and making a channel to this blog. But it's not out of the question guys. Just want to see how this does before I think of going for youtube.

But if you guys have questions about me please leave a comment below.
